All the members of the CIKLOPEA Translation team, translators and proofreaders, have relevant work experience and are highly educated according to the highest translation industry norms and standards. Formal education of employees that make up the CIKLOPEA Translation team is mostly related to language and linguistics. All translators have specializations for certain areas such as law, medicine, economy and technical translations.

Translators' work is supervised and lead by project mangers that represent a link between translators and clients. By keeping in close contact with the client the project manger is up to date with any requests or ongoing changes. All the changes such as technical and linguistic requests, the timing and the way the product is delivered, additional documents or reference material and any other changes that affect the translation project, will be entered into our project management software by the project manager for future reference. Translators will also immediately be notified of all the changes.

The technical, legal and administrative support for translators, proofreaders and project managers is done by a team of professionals that cover the areas of human resources, marketing, finance, controlling, business development and technical support. Coordinated teamwork and proper allocation of project tasks and duties is the essential ingredient in quality assurance of translations by which CIKLOPEA tries to respond to all the challenges of the modern business environment and the demands of its customers.
