Ključnarazlika Diversity Award for Ciklopea

Ključnarazlika –awards for diversity in human resources  were held today in Zagreb for the very first time. The goal of the award is to highlight the best practice Croatian employers that respect their employees and have great diversity practices in the categories of gender diversity, age diversity and disability. The awards were organized be the Croatian Human Rights Office along with the Association for support and education of mobbing victims and the Institute for Labor Market Development. Ciklopea Ltd applied within the category of gender diversity and claimed honorable mention.
