Corporate Social Reporting
The aim of corporate social reporting is to comply with the international standards on ethical and sustainable business practices and become publicly accountable for the company's actions. During 2009 and 2010 we have prepared to issue our first report on sustainable development and social responsibility by following and determining the indicators we would report on. In 2011 we have issued our first corporate sustainability report. Moreover, we have become a member of the UN Global Compact network.
Our report is written according to GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) guidelines. Preparation of the report entailed consulting the ISO 26000 standards and we adhered to the UN Global Compact's ten principles in the areas of human rights, labor, the environment and anti-corruption.
We hope that as a company we will continue to positively impact the environment, consumers, employees, our community and all of our stakeholders. Finally, our reports are meant to serve as a vehicle to dialogue and we welcome all your comments and hope that you will tell us what issues are important to you so we can include them in future reports.
You can talk the talk, but can you walk the walk?
CIKLOPEA hopes to do both.
